Shipping & Delivery Policy

Replywright is a digital software service provided by Elumalai Ranjitha (AshRishi Tech Solution), India. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

How Replywright is delivered

• The extension: you install Replywright from the Chrome Web Store. It works right away in Gmail in your Chrome browser.
• Free plan: available as soon as you install the extension and sign in with your Google account.
• Pro plan: activated online, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment, on the Google account you signed in with at checkout. The Replywright panel in Gmail then shows Pro.
• Renewals: Pro renews automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel. Access continues without interruption.

If Pro isn't active after paying

If your payment succeeded but the panel doesn't show Pro within 24 hours, email ashrishi0603@gmail.com with your Google account email and the payment date. We'll activate it or, if it can't be activated, return the payment as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
